Magnum Metalz Emergency Handle.

The Magnum metalz Emergency Handle will fit all downriggers that have the tapped hole in the side of the reel plate. Some early riggers were sold without this option. In the event of loss of power or motor failure, this handle will come in handy when manual ball retrieval is necessary. Simply screw handle into existing hole, loosen clutch and begin to crank. If your downrigger does not have the threaded hole please contact us so we can correct this for you.

    as always excellent product, manufcctured with higheat quality from magnum metalz. hopefully you will never need to use but having on the boat when it's called for is a must.

    I purchased one rigger in May because of how good I heard they were. And I was definitely not disappointed. The material and operation of these riggers beat my expectations. So much so I ordered 2 more which I’m currently waiting for. Can’t wait to put them on my boat and start fishing with them this coming spring.

    Have had to use it. Glad it was here, got the job done. Only comment is it would have been nice if it was a little longer.
