Magnum Limited Lifetime Warranty
All products manufactured by Metalz Manufacturing llc hold a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser from manufacturing or material defects. Replacement or repair will be at the discretion of Metalz Manufacturing llc.
- LIFETIME WARRANTED ITEMS : All manufactured aluminum and stainless components that are in part or whole of any Downrigger, Rod Holder or other machined component.
- 3 YEAR WARRANTED ITEMS: Motor, switch box components, electric wire
- HAVE NO WARRANTY: All wear components including but not limited to clutch washers, counter, counter band & boom pulleys.
This warranty becomes null and void if any Metalz Manufacturing llc product is used for any other purpose other than as designed.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, shipping charges and delivery dates are created using an automated system. If cost seems excessive you can contact us so that we may review your charges. If you are overcharged we will credit you as we only charge actual cost. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page and show the time in transit from when items leave our facility. If you choose overnight shipping on an item that has customization or has to be assembled, It may not ship for 1 or 2 days after order is placed. Contact us before placing overnight, 2-day or 3-day select orders if you need shipped same day.
